It is stated in RMB per kilogram on an ex-works (EXW) basis at the producer's plant in China, on an October 2026 cost basis — a different basis from the mill products in our catalog, which are quoted FOB Chinese main ports in USD. Real transaction prices move with the titanium sponge market and order quantity. Firm prices in USD on an FOB basis are quoted on request, normally within one working day.
Frequently asked questions
What grades of spherical titanium powder do you supply?
Ti-6Al-4V (ASTM grade 5, UNS R56400) and Ti-6Al-4V ELI (ASTM grade 23) as standard line items. Other titanium grades, including TA15 and commercially pure grades, are available on request.
What particle sizes are available?
15–45, 15–53 and 45–106 µm as standard cuts. The 20–63 µm cut and other ranges are available on request. D10, D50 and D90 are stated for every lot.
Who manufactures the powder?
The powder is manufactured by a qualified partner producer specialising in spherical titanium powder, based in Jiangsu, China. The producing plant is named on the certificate of analysis; we do not re-badge another company's material as our own. That producer's quality system is certified to ISO 9001 and AS9100D.
Which processes is the powder intended for?
Laser powder-bed fusion (SLM), electron-beam melting (EBM) and hot isostatic pressing. The 15–45 and 15–53 µm cuts suit laser powder-bed fusion; the 45–106 µm cut suits EBM and HIP.
Is a certificate of analysis supplied?
Yes. Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis covering chemical composition and particle size distribution.
